Development information
The Mirador cabo de Gata can be found in the area known as El Toyo-Ratamar. It is located just a few minutes gentle walk from the beach, and only 14 kms from the centre of Almeria. Three of the apartment blocks have first line uninterrupted views of the Cabo de Gata Nature Park, the leading maritime and terrestrial nature park in the whole of Andalucia. Its 33,663 hectares were declared a special nature reserve by UNESCO in 1997 and it is listed as a protected area for a wide variety of bird life. The park also boasts some of the most beautiful coastlines along the Mediterrenean.
